Description
Shoyu bio
Shoyu is a mild Japanese soy sauce, made from soybeans, wheat and koji (a unique Japanese mold). Our shoyu is brewed in a special traditional way by Japanese people who have been making shoyu for generations. Shoyu ferments for at least 12 months, and you can taste that! Delicious in (miso) soups, with soba and udon noodles, stir-fries, or as a dipping sauce with sushi.
