Description
Akadashi miso is soy paste with rice. It is a combination of hatcho and shiro miso. A miso that is extremely suitable for the European taste. It combines the powerfully flavored hatcho miso with the mild sweet taste of shiro miso. Thus, it is suitable for both classic miso recipes and for specialties such as herb paste, tasty soufflé sauces, pickling vegetables and making "tofu cheese".
