VEGAN MAYO
Jan Stok worked in the '60s in the kitchen on the ships of the Holland - America Line. He was as 'chef garde manager' responsible for the cold kitchen. His French colleagues soon translated his name to 'Jean Bâton'. Under that name he became known for his delicious sauces. Today, Jean Bâton makes special mayonnaises, sauces and dressings. As a tribute to the craftsmanship of Jan Stok. In Jean Bâton Vegan Mayo, the egg yolk has been replaced by vegetable ingredients. Furthermore, only ingredients are used that are also used in a 'regular' mayonnaise. This makes the Vegan Mayo just as tasty and creamy.
