Grand'Italia pasta is produced in Italy and you can taste it! The filled pasta is made from semolina or wheat semolina, from hard wheat (grano duro) and free-range eggs. The use of eggs gives a full taste to the pasta.
Ravioli are filled pasta cushions. The name probably comes from the Genoese 'rabioli' which means leftover. The pasta was originally filled with leftovers from other meals.
