Beemster Oud is given time to mature naturally. This ensures a unique, spicy old cheese with a very rich taste. Beemster Oud has the characteristic firm bite and yet melts deliciously in the mouth. Beemster cheese is prepared with 100% fresh North-Holland meadow milk, made locally in the Beemster polder. A piece of Beemster Oud can be used in various ways. Of course you can cut it into cubes and place them on the snack board. Grate the piece of cheese and use it to make the tastiest hot dishes. How about a celeriac cheese soup, your mouth will water!
