• Beemster Oud slowly gets the time to ripen naturally. This ensures a unique, spicy old cheese with a very rich taste. Beemster Oud has the characteristic firm bite and yet melts wonderfully in the mouth. Beemster cheese is prepared with 100% fresh North-Holland meadow milk, made locally in the Beemster polder. A piece of Beemster Oud can be used in various ways. Of course you can cut cubes and place them on the cheese board. Grate the piece of cheese and make the tastiest hot dishes with it. What do you think of a celeriac cheese soup, does your mouth water?
