Are you looking for a delicious herb and spice mix for your speklapjes? Then this spicy and warm mix is an excellent choice!
Preparation (for 4 people): rub 500g speklapjes with approximately 1/2 tablespoon of Verstegen mix and let it soak in. Heat 2 tablespoons (olive) oil in a frying pan and fry the speklapjes over medium heat for approximately 20-25 minutes until crispy. Speklapjes can also be grilled on the BBQ in approximately 10-15 minutes.
