Preparation method (for 4 people): rub 1kg drumsticks/chicken legs or a whole chicken with approximately 2 tablespoons of Verstegen mix, or rub 500g chicken (thigh) fillet with approximately 1 tablespoon of Verstegen mix. Let it soak in for a while. Heat a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of (olive) oil and bake the chicken over medium heat until nicely browned and cooked. Chicken can also be cooked in the oven at 180 degrees.
