Preparation method (for 4 people): rub 500g of chicken of your choice with 1.5 tablespoons of Verstegen mix and let it soak in for a while. Heat a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of (olive) oil and bake the chicken over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Chicken with a bone is best in the oven at 180 degrees. A whole chicken is ready in about 50-70 minutes. Chicken legs are ready in the oven in about 3-45 minutes.
