This is Leksands Knäckebröd, baked in Sweden according to traditional recipe. The use of sourdough gives the crispbread a unique taste and it contains no less than 23% fiber!
Leksands crispbread is delicious as breakfast, lunch or snack with different types of toppings. But did you know that they make many more dishes with it in Sweden? They sometimes use it as a pizza base or make granola with it. Very nutritious and tasty!
