At the Chilean winery Los Gansos, everything revolves around sustainability. They even let the geese run through the vineyard to remove harmful insects in a natural way. The geese are the mascot of this producer. That is why the wines are named after them: Los Gansos. This 100% sauvignon blanc is mega fresh with the scent of squeezed lemon and freshly mowed grass. It is tropical with lime, pineapple and ripe mango. A typical sauvignon blanc from Chile. Ideal aperitif wine, but also delicious with mussels, light dishes with fish or with a green salad. In addition to this sauvignon, the total range of Los Gansos wines consists of a chardonnay, a merlot and a cabernet sauvignon.
