They are a natural predator of harmful insects. This is how they became the mascot and namesake of this
wine has become.
It is made from 85% Malbec, supplemented with 15% other grapes, which are not mentioned according to local legislation
need to be on the label of this wine. 70% of the wine comes into contact with oak for ten months. That gives
extra taste to the wine.
You can recognize aromas of cherries, plums and raspberries.
But also chocolate, tobacco and mocha.
