It is made from organically grown grapes from the Casablanca Valley. This region is about an hour's drive northwest of the capital Santiago de Chile. The name Casablanca literally means 'white house' in Spanish. The area is close to the equator, but benefits from cooling ocean mist in the morning. This ensures a versatile, invigorating and fresh white wine. You taste the taste of green apple, lemon, lime and exotic fruit such as lychee and guava. Serve it as an aperitif or in combination with dishes with chicken or with a salad.
