Thin, crispy slices of pure chocolate with crispy cocoa nibs and a touch of sea salt. We buy the organic Trinitario cocoa beans directly from the Conacado farmers' cooperative in the Dominican Republic. The combination of the pure chocolate, the salt and the crunchy nibs ensures a delicious taste sensation.
The cocoa beans travel with the sailing ship 'Tres Hombres' on pure wind power for 4 months from the Caribbean across the Atlantic Ocean to Amsterdam. In our chocolate factory, we make 'single origin' organic chocolate in an artisanal way, entirely on solar energy!

Storage

Store cool (around 18 degrees) and dry, but never in the refrigerator. Moisture condenses on the bar and affects the quality of the bars. Water and the fat of the cocoa butter do not tolerate each other.
