Blue Band Liquid is made with vegetable oils that naturally contain vegetable fats. As part of a varied diet and healthy lifestyle, 2 tablespoons of Blue Band Liquid (20ml) per day make an important contribution to the amount of essential fats needed for the growth and development of children.
The required daily intake is 2g alpha-linolenic acid and 10g linoleic acid.
For information for Blue Band every day: per serving (10ml) contains 1.56g Omega 6 and 0.62g Omega 3.
Daily use of Blue Band Every Day is therefore an easy and tasty way to get the good vegetable fats.
