They contribute to maintaining normal cholesterol levels in the blood. Becel Original contains 3x more Omega 3 than olive oil with the same product quantity. The required daily intake that contributes to maintaining a healthy cholesterol level is 2g Omega 3 (alpha-linolenic acid) and 10g Omega 6 (linoleic acid). 2 servings (2x10ml) Becel per day make an important contribution to this.
