- Ernst Wagner's baking tradition: In this baking process, the dough balls are shaped on a baking sheet and then pre-baked in the baking sheet in a fully equipped Original Wagner stone oven at a high temperature. This makes the base particularly crispy on the outside and wonderfully juicy on the inside. Free from artificial flavors and colors.
Storage
Do not eat the pizza without baking it beforehand. Do not use a microwave or other heating methods. Do not refreeze after thawing.
