The published data—including prices, discounts, images and downloads—originates from external providers and is shown without any warranty as to its accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Changes in prices, terms or availability may occur at any time without prior notice.

No rights can be derived from the information, images, coupons or hyperlinks on Pricingscanner.com. Pricingscanner.com accepts no liability whatsoever for direct or indirect damage arising from inaccuracies, typographical or system errors, technical failures or the (temporary) unavailability of the website and its files. Nor is Pricingscanner.com responsible for the execution or handling of transactions at the respective stores or webshops; the use of coupons and discount codes is subject to the terms set by the relevant provider.

Article 1. Definitions

1.1 Pricingscanner.com: a trade name of Beheren.com B.V., based in Nijmegen and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 97083569.

1.2 User: the natural person or legal entity using the Website.

1.3 Terms of Use: these Terms of Use.

1.4 Website: the website of Pricingscanner.com, accessible at www.pricingscanner.com.

1.5 Review: any discussion, rating, critique or review concerning a product, webshop and/or Provider.

1.6 Provider: the party offering the deal.

1.7 Advertisement: any offer from an Advertiser, for example but not limited to coupons, links, downloads, etc.

Article 2. Applicability of the Terms of Use

2.1 These Terms of Use apply to any use of the Pricingscanner.com Website.

2.2 By using the Website, the User agrees to the applicability of these Terms of Use.

Article 3. Information on the Website

3.1 The information on the Website has been compiled with the utmost care on the basis of the data received by Pricingscanner.com from the Providers. Pricingscanner.com will update the information regularly in order to present as accurate a picture of the offers and discounts as possible.

3.2 The User understands that the information on the Website originates from the Providers and has not been compiled by Pricingscanner.com. Accordingly, Pricingscanner.com cannot guarantee the correctness of that information.

Article 4. Access

4.1 Pricingscanner.com will provide access to the Website. A username and password will be provided to the User. The User may also log in via a Facebook account. The User is responsible for reading and accepting any terms and conditions that Facebook may impose. In accordance with Facebook’s privacy policy and terms of use, Pricingscanner.com may receive data from you when you access Pricingscanner.com via Facebook. You should therefore regularly review Facebook’s privacy policy and registration/use terms.

4.2 The User is prohibited from disclosing or transferring the username and password to third parties. Pricingscanner.com is not responsible for misuse and may assume that any User who logs in is indeed the legitimate User. If the User suspects that the password has fallen into the hands of unauthorized persons, the User must inform Pricingscanner.com immediately. Pricingscanner.com is entitled to take appropriate measures in such cases.

4.3 If Pricingscanner.com becomes aware that a User’s login credentials are known to unauthorized third parties, it will inform the User and take appropriate measures.

4.4 Once the User has access to the Website, he or she also has access to Advertisements in the form of coupons, discount codes, etc. The User may, subject to the conditions attached to an Advertisement, download (to their e-mail) or print it directly.

4.5 It is expressly forbidden to edit, modify or reproduce a coupon from Pricingscanner.com, and doing so may result in exclusion from using any benefit communicated by a Provider via Pricingscanner.com.

Article 5. Advertisements

5.1 Pricingscanner.com may provide Advertisements on the Website (for example in the form of discount codes, links and/or promotional ads). These Advertisements have a limited validity period and a purchase limit. Pricingscanner.com reserves the right to modify or remove an Advertisement at any time without prior notice.

5.2 The User must redeem the action associated with the Advertisement directly with the Provider. Failure to do so will result in the discount or promotion not being applied, and the User will have no claim based on the Advertisement.

5.3 Additional conditions may apply to the use of a promotion obtained through an Advertisement, such as a minimum order value. Such conditions will be stated on the Website or on the Provider’s own website.

5.4 Providers may attach terms to the use of a promotion obtained via the Advertisement. For example, combining discount codes with other promotional offers may be prohibited.

5.5 Advertisements may also be distributed via printed media. The promotion mentioned therein does not entitle redemption with the Advertiser. The User must first visit the Website via the link shown in the Advertisement, where a link, coupon or other instrument is provided to approach the Advertiser.

Article 6. Reviews

6.1 Pricingscanner.com may provide Users with the option to post Reviews.

6.2 When posting Reviews, the User must conduct himself or herself in a manner expected of a diligent User, which includes in any event that the User:

6.3 The User is solely responsible for any Reviews he or she posts. If the content of a message is unlawful, the User may be held liable. Pricingscanner.com cannot guarantee the lawfulness or accuracy of any Reviews.

6.4 The User acknowledges that Pricingscanner.com is not obliged to monitor or edit Reviews, either before or after posting.

6.5 If Pricingscanner.com discovers that Reviews do not comply with these Terms of Use, it may remove or modify them at its discretion.

6.6 Pricingscanner.com is entitled to edit Reviews to improve overall quality and readability, without substantially altering their impression or scope.

6.7 The User indemnifies Pricingscanner.com against all damage resulting from unlawful Reviews posted by the User.

6.8 The User grants Pricingscanner.com a free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to publish Reviews on the Website and to archive them, including the right to modify or abridge them.

Article 7. Complaints

7.1 Anyone may notify Pricingscanner.com of Reviews that are unlawful. Pricingscanner.com applies a complaints procedure through which third parties may file a complaint. Complaints can be submitted via the contact details on the Website (and at the bottom of these Terms of Use).

7.2 If, in Pricingscanner.com’s opinion, a complaint about a Review is justified, Pricingscanner.com may remove or block access to the Review. It may also disclose personal data to the complainant or competent authorities, and will inform the User of the procedure’s progress as much as possible.

7.3 Repeated complaints about a User’s Reviews or repeated breaches of these Terms of Use entitle Pricingscanner.com to deny the User access to the Website and its other sites.

7.4 Pricingscanner.com is not liable for any damage suffered by the User due to actions taken in accordance with this complaints procedure, even if the complaint turns out to be unfounded or the Review is lawful.

7.5 If Pricingscanner.com receives a complaint about an Advertisement, Provider or otherwise, it will respond within 14 days at the latest. It may contact the Provider and act as a mediator. Pricingscanner.com is not a party to the agreement concluded between the User and Provider and therefore can only act as an intermediary in disputes arising from such agreements.

Article 8. Liability

8.1 The User understands that Pricingscanner.com provides information about Advertisements and their associated discount codes, promotions and links on a voluntary basis and is not liable for any direct or indirect damage to the User.

8.2 Pricingscanner.com is not liable for technical malfunctions or unavailability of a Provider’s promotion, which prevent the User from ordering the product or using a coupon.

8.3 Pricingscanner.com is not a party to the agreement between the User and the Provider entered into on the basis of an Advertisement. Pricingscanner.com offers no guarantees regarding the operation or redemption of promotional offers.

Article 9. Personal Data

9.1 Pricingscanner.com processes Users’ personal data in accordance with the privacy statement published on the Website.

Article 10. Final Provisions

10.1 These Terms of Use and the agreements are governed by Dutch law.

10.2 Unless mandatory provisions dictate otherwise, all disputes arising from the agreements and/or these Terms of Use shall be submitted to the competent court in Nijmegen.

10.3 If any provision of these Terms of Use is null and void, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Pricingscanner.com will then establish new provisions to replace the void ones, which will, as far as legally possible, reflect the intention of the original provision.

10.4 Pricingscanner.com reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms of Use.
