May we introduce? The Schöne Helene! A delicious mixture of 40% naturally cloudy apple juice from meadow orchards and 25% organic pear juice from South Tyrol. Together, this creates a wonderfully harmonious drink for all those who like it a little more lovely and mild.
The Schöne Helene shows that mild does not have to mean inexpressive. The apple juice from meadow orchards ensures this. The old high-stem apple varieties bring variety of taste and refreshing acids. And the South Tyrolean sun provides a sweet-aromatic pear juice. Together, both complement each other on the delicious side.

Storage

Pear juice tends to have a slightly stronger settling behavior. The unadorned natural cloudiness is precisely the guarantee that as many secondary plant substances as possible, the so-called polyphenols, get into the bottle. So, please chill well, swirl gently to distribute the sediment (because that's where the health is in) and open carefully, because a delicious direct juice spritzer contains carbonic acid.
