Description
- Our dried cranberries are sweetened with cane sugar and come from Canada. The reason our cranberries are sweetened with cane sugar is to compensate for the sour taste of the cranberry. The natural acidity in cranberries is so high that it can oxidize in the short term, adding cane sugar slows down this process.
