Our cranberries are sweetened with apple syrup and come from Canada. All cranberries are sugared because otherwise they are so sour that they oxidize. Our cranberries are sweetened with the sugars that come from the apple and therefore have an apple flavor. Cranberries are delicious to eat as is, but also to use in recipes.
