• Elke Dag 50+ Capsules is designed for people over fifty who prefer capsules instead of tablets. Elke Dag 50+ Capsules contains exactly the same dosages per two capsules as the product Elke Dag 50+ Tablets, with the exception of vitamin C (100 mg instead of 200 mg), calcium (30 mg instead of 150 mg) and magnesium (30 mg instead of 100 mg). These are dosed lower in the capsules, simply because more fits in a tablet than in two capsules. The product is composed on the basis of the most recent scientific insights, tailored to current data regarding the nutritional status in the Netherlands and the optimal intake quantities per nutrient.
