• Elke Dag 50+ (formerly Elke Dag Senior) is specially formulated for men and women over 50 years. Over the years, the body has other nutritional needs. For example, the need for iron and copper decreases. Elke Dag 50+ therefore contains no iron and copper. Where men and women of that age do need extra vitamin B12 and sufficient folic acid (folate), among other things to support mental functions such as memory. Higher doses of vitamin K2 and D3 are also important for this age group.
