Van Gilse Brown Candy is very suitable for making spicy pastries such as speculaas and gingerbread.
Candy consists of clustered sugar crystals, which are slowly heated. 100% natural crystal sugar is used for this. The crystal sugar comes from sugar beets that are grown on their own soil. The farmers are all certified and the cultivation of sugar beets takes place with care for the environment, the environment and the landscape.
