MetaRelax® is a well-absorbed magnesium supplement based on magnesium glycerophosphate, folate, active B vitamins and vitamin D3.
Although magnesium can be found in many foods, the daily recommended amount is often not achieved. If eating magnesium-rich food is not sufficient, a magnesium supplement such as MetaRelax may be appropriate.
Complete formula
MetaRelax® combines magnesium glycerophosphate in a complete formula supplemented with active B vitamins (B6, B9 (folate, Metafolin®), B12), taurine and vitamin D. This formula is well tolerated by the stomach and intestines and there is no habituation. Active vitamins B6, B12 and B9 (folate, Metafolin®) do not need to be converted by the body and can be absorbed directly.
