• You add Koopmans All-Purpose Binder directly to the hot liquid or to a dish. Perfect for binding soups, sauces, gravies, vegetable broth and stews. Stir in as much All-Purpose Binder into the hot liquid until the desired thickness is reached. Simmer for one minute and it's ready! Koopmans All-Purpose Binder is neutral in taste. Gravy, vegetable broth and stews: use approx. 20 g (3 level tbsp) All-Purpose Binder for 2.5 dl of liquid. Soup: use approx. 40 g. (6 level tbsp) All-Purpose Binder for 1 l of soup.
