About HEKS'NKAAS® HEKS'NKAAS® was conceived during Halloween! A vegetable farmer was in his kitchen experimenting with cream cheese, fresh herbs and garlic. Because it was Halloween, he thought his creation should also have a special name and so he came up with HEKS'NKAAS®. Even after Halloween, his customers kept asking for it. What started as a spontaneous idea grew into a surprisingly super delicious combination that immediately appealed to many of his customers.
