Cocoa trees bloom almost all year round with countless white and purple flowers. They are often planted in the shelter of strong and tall trees. This way they are well protected from the bright sun. The fruits ripen a couple of times a year to be harvested. The higher the quality, the more beans they yield and the tastier the chocolate is. You can taste that in the taste of this cocoa.
