Beemster Young Matured is a smooth, mild cheese with a refined taste. Beemster cheese is prepared with 100% fresh North-Holland meadow milk, made locally in the Beemster polder. Beemster Young Matured has matured longer than the youngest cheeses. This gives this cheese a fuller character and a slightly firm bite. A piece of Beemster Young Matured can be used in various ways. For example, slice it for a toast, sandwich or cracker. You can also easily grate it to process in the most delicious oven dishes. And with a block of Beemster Young Matured on the snack board you will always conjure up a smile on the faces of your guests.
