• For Pfanner "Der Weiße" white tea and elderflowers are brewed directly and refined with a dash of lemon juice to create a refreshing taste experience. White tea owes its name to the white, silky down that surrounds the young tea buds. Compared to black tea, white tea contains less caffeine.
