• The purplish-red, fruity-tart sour cherry originated in Asia Minor and was spread by the Romans throughout Europe centuries ago. The stone fruit is harvested sun-ripened from the fruit tree and then gently pressed. Elderberries complement the harmonious sour cherry drink, which is a wonderful pleasure on its own or mixed with mineral water as a refreshing thirst quencher.
