• Pâpidoux Fine Calvados is a hearty aromatic Calvados with a fine, fresh apple note. It matures for over three years in oak barrels and thus receives its light golden color and its mild, harmonious taste.
• Depending on the occasion, the connoisseur chooses one of the four Pâpidoux Calvados qualities. But regardless of which one you choose, Pâpidoux is best enjoyed lukewarm and especially as a digestif and between courses as "Trou Normand" (Norman hole) is recommended.
