Fresh ingredients needed: 250g mushrooms, 250g lean ground meat. 1. clean 250g mushrooms and slice them. 2. brown 250g lean ground meat in 1 tbsp hot oil, add the mushrooms and sauté for 3 minutes. pour in 250ml cold water and stir in the fix. bring the dish to a boil while stirring. 3. cover everything and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. stir occasionally. the perfect addition are noodles and green beans.
