Diamant Kluntje Kandis

• Diamant Kluntje Kandis is reminiscent of white gemstones. Its production is complex, as it takes at least two weeks for it to slowly crystallize from a concentrated sugar solution and reach its size. This candy is mainly used in East Frisia during the tea ceremony. The large candy pieces dissolve slowly and are enough for the traditional three cups of tea.
