• Becker's Bester grape juice consists of 100% direct juice, tastes deliciously sweet and goes perfectly with dark meat. For one liter of juice we need about 1.6 kilograms of white and red grapes. The sun-ripened grapes come from Bella Italia and are also wonderful for wine production, because the grapes have a fruit sugar content of almost 20%.
• Do you know what is special about direct juice? It is processed directly after pressing fruit and vegetables: it is filtered and then pasteurized for preservation. For this purpose, it is heated briefly and gently to 80° to 85°C. This prevents the fermentation process from starting and guarantees the shelf life of the delicious juices.
