Norwegian Gravlax
Description
- with a fine dill rim and a mustard-honey sauce with dill. For our Norwegian gravlax, we process exclusively salmon from Norway. After filleting, the hand-cured salmon matures in a seasoning blend of salt, sugar, and fine dill. Through the gentle maturation time, the natural aroma of dill infuses into the salmon, giving it its natural, distinctive taste.
Storage
Unopened, consume by at under +7°C: see print on side. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
