The Day formula contains, among other things, Quatrefolic, 400 mcg, a superior form of folic acid. This body's own and active form of folic acid (5-
methyltetrahydrofolate) is bound to (vegetable) glucosamine salt. This is the absolute top and the most stable form of 5-MTHF, the active form
of folic acid, with the highest possible biological availability. The Multi Day Mama also contains extra choline, a must have, when you
are pregnant. Choline is present in all tissues as an essential part of phospholipids. Choline is important for good development of the
fetus. The Multi Day Mama also contains active forms of the various B vitamins. The B12 even contains 2 types of the active form as well
methylcobalamin as adenosylcobalamin. For the increased need for iron, we have chosen the well-absorbable and stomach-friendly
iron bisglycinate with a dosage of 15 mg and in the Multi Night Mama another 13 mg. Extra biotin is added on the advice of the EFSA (European Food Safety
Authority).

Extra magnesium is found in both the Multi Day Mama and in the Mulli Night Mama, in the beautiful compounds bisglycinate and citrate. The other extra
minerals that are good for pregnant women can be found in the Multi Night Mama. In addition to the extra need, the composition of the Multi Day Mama is
