Preparation method (for 4 people): marinate 500g chicken (thigh) fillet or pork with approximately 1.5 tablespoons of Verstegen mix and 3 tablespoons of (sunflower) oil. Heat a frying pan and bake the chicken or meat over high heat in approximately 8-10 minutes until nicely brown and cooked.
