Preparation method (for 4 people): sprinkle approximately 1/2 tablespoon of Verstegen mix after preparation over 800g of fries/chips or baked (sweet) potato. Sprinkle 500g chicken (thigh) fillet or meat with approximately 1 tablespoon of Verstegen mix. Sprinkle 500g fish or scampi/shrimp with 1/2 tablespoon of Verstegen mix and let it soak in for a while. Bake or grill the meat, fish or shellfish until done.
