• The Trentham Estate wines come from the South-East Australian wine region Murray Darling. The wines are available in various types, both white and red. This chardonnay is made from grapes grown on their own land. They call that 'Estate grown'. Part of the wine matures in oak barrels, another part in stainless steel tanks. After maturation, the final blend of these wines is made. The wood aging gives the wine its taste of vanilla, while the part that matures in stainless steel retains the fruitiness in the wine. It is full and firm with the taste of peach, lemon, tropical fruit and butter. Delicious with salmon, roast chicken or pan-fried fish.
