- Our white almond paste is made from briefly blanched almonds. This allows the skin to come off and leaves a particularly delicious, slightly sweet almond paste. We make our nut pastes in our own home, so we can be sure that it meets the right pure taste. White almond paste is ideally suited for baking, because the consistency is slightly thinner and the taste is slightly sweet.
