• Sparkling alcohol-free wine from Germany. It is made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape. Initially, a 'regular' alcoholic wine is made. Then the wine is dealcoholized. The wine then has less than 0.5% alcohol. Carbon dioxide is then added, making the wine sparkling. The taste type of this sparkling wine is medium dry. The wine contains 37 grams of residual sugar per liter. That is comparable to the dosage of a demi-sec.
