Santa maria Sriracha

Description

A spice mix based on the popular spicy sauce "Sriracha". Sriracha spices have a spicy-sweet taste with a kick of chili and garlic. The spicy taste comes from both red chili and chipotle chili. Just like the sauce, you can add Sriracha spice mix to just about anything to make it spicier: fish, chicken or vegetables or one of your other favorite dishes. Sriracha is usually served with "pho" in Vietnamese restaurants and works great in all kinds of soups and stews that need a little more spice. Try it on tomato soup, gazpacho or ramen. The spicy taste also combines wonderfully with creamy dips and sauces. Mix some Sriracha through sour cream or mayonnaise for a delicious dip.
