PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
Essential oils are extremely concentrated herbal extracts, the use of which requires some precautions:
• Always keep bottles of essential oils out of the reach of children.
• First seek advice from a specialist when using essential oils during
pregnancy or breastfeeding or when used by children. Use is discouraged in
children younger than 36 months.
• Wash your hands after a massage or after applying essential oils. In case of contact with eyes, do not rinse with water, but generously apply a
vegetable oil.
• A preliminary test is recommended for people with allergies.
• Some essential oils (lemon, orange, bergamot, grapefruit...) have a photosensitizing effect and should not be applied
applied to the skin before it is
exposed to the sun.
• In the event of accidental absorption, take 1 to 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and quickly consult the nearest poison control center (+32 (0) 70 245 245).
