The LU Bastogne cookie, the crispy cookie with irresistible cinnamon aromas. These candy cookies are a classic among the crunchy cookies. Delicious with coffee or to bake with! Since 1846, LU has been offering quality cookies for the whole family. In 1952, baker Paul Parein invented the Bastogne cookie. Bastogne comes from the French name for the Belgian city of Bastenaken at the foot of the Ardennes. The relatively hard cookie with a rocky structure made him think of the rough hills there.
