A good prosecco is all about freshness and fruitiness. You can tell that in this specially selected Jumbo Prosecco Spumante. This North Italian sparkling wine is made from glera, the typical prosecco grape. The term Extra Dry is a bit confusing, because this wine still has 13 grams of residual sugar per liter. A touch sweeter than the standard Brut. More important is the fresh character, bursting with flavors of grapefruit, lime, apple and pear. Serve this festive wine as an aperitif, or in combination with Italian appetizers with fish or shellfish. Also delicious with a vegetarian risotto. Serve in flutes or in ordinary wine glasses at 6 to 8 degrees Celsius.
