Ísey Skyr is a unique dairy product from Iceland. Delicious dairy food where the original skyr has been passed down from mother to daughter for 1100 years according to Icelandic tradition. Ísey Skyr is produced with modern technology, but still according to a traditional recipe. The product has a unique preparation process, whereby 3.5 times as much milk is used as with ordinary yogurt or quark and the original Icelandic skyr cultures are added. By removing the moisture from the skyr at the end of the preparation, you get a creamy texture without losing the proteins! Ísey Skyr products are available in various variants and are suitable for every moment of the day.
