Honig Heldere Ossenstaartsoep is a powerful, clear soup. By adding fresh ingredients you can make such a delicious, homemade soup. This meal mix is good for 6 people and is on the table in just 10 minutes. All you have to add yourself are 250 g of mushrooms, 2 tablespoons of fresh chives and 1500 ml of water. Prepare the soup as the general preparation method or replace the mushrooms in step 2 with 100g of carrot and 4 sliced spring onions. So at the table with Honig!
