Matzos
Hollandia is a family bakery that has been baking Matzos according to a traditional recipe since 1933. Originated from an age-old custom where the large matzo comes on the table with Easter. Matzos are now eaten all year round. Matzos contain no salt, no sugar, no colorings, no flavorings and virtually no fat.
Very few calories and yet that delicious light, crispy taste.
