Change the tampon every 3-6 hours, depending on the severity of your period. To remove the tampon, stand with your legs apart and bend your
knees slightly. Make sure you are relaxed. Pull the string that hangs out of your body in the same direction as you inserted the tampon.
When it feels uncomfortable to remove the tampon and you see any white fibers, it may be that the tampon is not saturated enough
IS.
Always use a tampon with an absorption capacity that is less than the flow.
Make sure you remove the last tampon before inserting a new one.
Make sure you remove the last tampon from your menstrual period and do not use tampons in between or before the
menstrual period.
